Who is responsible

Martin Sandtner OSVČ (self-employed individual) is the data controller for this website. You can reach me at martin.sandtner@gmail.com.

The contact form

If you write to me through the form, I receive your name, your email address, and what you wrote. It arrives as an email. I use it to reply to you and, if we start working together, to run our coaching. The legal basis is your request to enter into a service relationship, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

I keep enquiries that do not turn into coaching for up to twelve months, then delete them. Messages are delivered through Resend, which acts as a processor on my behalf.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There are no advertising trackers and no social media pixels.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to me and I will do it. If you are unhappy with how I handle your data you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Norway that is Datatilsynet.
