Plain terms for coaching. Nothing here is designed to catch you out.
What you are buying
One-to-one English language coaching, delivered online. A session lasts one hour. The price is EUR 35 per hour. Price excludes VAT where applicable.
Booking and payment
Sessions are agreed directly with me by email after a first conversation. I invoice individuals and companies. There are no packages and no minimum number of sessions. You can pause or stop at any time.
Changing or cancelling a session
Life happens. Tell me as early as you can and we move the session. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged.
Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EEA, you have 14 days to withdraw from a service agreement made at distance. If you ask me to start coaching within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the sessions already delivered.
What coaching is and is not
Coaching supports your speaking. It is not therapy, and it is not a guarantee of a language level, an exam result, a job or a salary. Progress depends on your situation and how much you practise.
